Return & Refund Policy

At Bookeenuur or it's marketplace venues, all products and services are delivered digitally. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product, file, or service has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

We do, however, want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any technical issues accessing your order, or if a file is corrupted or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue (for example, by resupplying the files).

In summary:

• No refunds or returns once the order is delivered.

• Edits or revisions may be offered at our discretion, depending on the service.
